Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sugar divided
  • 1/3 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2-3 small-mediun Apples cored, peeled and cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer at highest setting for 5 minutes.
  • Sift together flour and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Whisk together remaining sugar and cinnamon in another bowl. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, beat egg and milk until blended.
  • Add apple wedges to bowl and toss to coat.
  • Dip wedges in flour mixture and place in air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 400 for 5 minutes.
  • Turn and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from fryer and toss in cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
