Oreo Cupcakes

Oreo Cupcakes are packed with delicious cookies and cream flavor. Made with Oreo buttercream icing, these tasty treats are great for parties!

Ingredients

Cupcakes:

  • 1 box White Cake Mix
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 10 Oreos chopped

Frosting:

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 8 Oreos finely crushed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Place cupcake liners in cupcake pans and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg whites, vegetable oil and milk.
  • Beat until blended.
  • Fold in chopped Oreos.
  • Fill each liner about 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 14-19 minutes until toothpick inserted in center come out clean.
  • Allow to cool completely before frosting.
  • Whip butter until fluffy.
  • Beat in powdered sugar a cup at a time.
  • Gradually add milk until frosting is fluffy.
  • Fold in crushed Oreos and blend until well distributed.
  • Transfer to piping bag to frost.

Notes

Double the ingredients for frosting, if you want tall layer of frosting like in pictures.
