Chicken Broccoli Pasta Salad

Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Salad is a simple & easy salad that's great served cold. A family favorite recipe- great for leftover chicken!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb Pasta
  • 4 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 2 1/2 cup Cooked Chicken diced
  • 1/2 Red Onion diced
  • 2 stalk Celery diced
  • 1/2 cup Raisins (optional)

Dressing:

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients until blended. Add in the cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, onions, raisins and celery.
  • Toss to mix and coat all ingredients.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
