Rotel Dip

Easy Rotel Dip is a simple delicious appetizer that's great for parties. This cheesy and spicy hot dip is quick, easy, and addicting!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 8 oz Velveeta
  • 10 oz Rotel Tomatoes undrained
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium high heat brown ground beef and chop into small pieces.
  • Drain excess fat.
  • Reduce heat to medium.
  • Chop Velveeta into cubes to speed melting.
  • Add undrained tomatoes and Velveeta.
  • Stir until Velveeta is melted and dip is hot.
  • Garnish with green onions or chives.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

For a spicier dip, use 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper.
