Ingredients
1Onion diced
1Carrot diced
1stalk of Celery
1tbspminced Garlic
2cupCooked Ham diced
32ozVegetable Broth
1Bay Leaf
315 oz can Northern Beans drain and rinse
1tspThyme
1/2tspPaprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, add everything but the broth.
Stir to mix everything well.
Add broth and raise temperature to medium high and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
