Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 3 Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 Onion finely diced
  • 1 tbsp minced Garlic
  • 3 cup Beef Broth
  • 24 oz Italian/Spaghetti Sauce
  • 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flake0
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 24 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables thawed

Instructions

  • In a large dutch oven, cook onion, ground beef and garlic until browned. Drain fat.
  • Add all remaining ingredients, except mixed vegetables.
  • Bring to a simmer.
  • Cover and cook 10 minutes.
  • Stir in mixed vegetables.
  • Simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
