Easy Peach Cobbler

This Peach Cobbler recipe is so incredibly easy to make. Use fresh or canned peaches for this delicious and comforting dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour divided
  • 2 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 can 15 oz Siced Peaches or 4-5 Cups fresh sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Place butter in baking dish (9x13) and place in oven until melted. Remove from oven and set aside.
  • Drain peaches and place in large bowl.
  • Add 1/4 cup flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg to Peaches. Mix until well coated.
  • In another large bowl, whisk together remaining flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until blended.
  • Pour in milk slowly while whisking
  • Pour batter into baking dish over melted butter.
  • Pour peach mixture over batter.
  • Bake 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
