Did you know you can make Homemade Confectioners Sugar (Powdered Sugar)? It so simple and requires granulated sugar and cornstarch. Yup, if you run out, make your own!
Servings 1 cup
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch optional
Place sugar in blender.
If you plan on storing, add cornstarch (to prevent caking).
Run for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Allow to sit with lid on for 5 minutes to allow to settle.
You can also use a coffee grinder or food processor if desired.
