Ingredients
1Ready Made Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix3.4 oz
2cupMilk
8ozFrozen Toppingthawed
1tspMint Extract
6drops Green Food Coloring
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.
Whisk until dissolved and starting to set.
Add mint extract and whisk until blended.
Add whipped topping and food coloring.
Fold in to incorporate.
If color is too light add one additional drop at a time.
Spread mixture into pie shell and refrigerate at least two hours.
