Easy Shamrock Pie

Make this Easy Shamrock Pie for St. Patrick's Day this year! It's a no-bake recipe and only requires a handful of ingredients. You will find it creamy and delicious with mint flavor, just like a Shamrock Shake.

  • 1 Ready Made Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1 Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix 3.4 oz
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 8 oz Frozen Topping thawed
  • 1 tsp Mint Extract
  • 6 drops Green Food Coloring


  • In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.
  • Whisk until dissolved and starting to set.
  • Add mint extract and whisk until blended.
  • Add whipped topping and food coloring.
  • Fold in to incorporate.
  • If color is too light add one additional drop at a time.
  • Spread mixture into pie shell and refrigerate at least two hours.
  • Garnish as desired.
