Easy Shamrock Pie
Make this Easy Shamrock Pie for St. Patrick's Day this year! It's a no-bake recipe and only requires a handful of ingredients. You will find it creamy and delicious with mint flavor, just like a Shamrock Shake.

- 1 Ready Made Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 1 Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix 3.4 oz
- 2 cup Milk
- 8 oz Frozen Topping thawed
- 1 tsp Mint Extract
- 6 drops Green Food Coloring
In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.
Whisk until dissolved and starting to set.
Add mint extract and whisk until blended.
Add whipped topping and food coloring.
Fold in to incorporate.
If color is too light add one additional drop at a time.
Spread mixture into pie shell and refrigerate at least two hours.
Garnish as desired.
