Raspberry Filling for Desserts

  • 1 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 cup Sugar


  • Combine all ingredients in a small pan over medium heat.
  • Bring to a boil while stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool.
