1tspMinced Garlic
2packetsBrown Gravy Mixwith water
18ozfrozen Peas and Carrotsthawed
12ozfrozen Potatoes O'Brien or diced Hash Brown Potatoesthawed
8refrigerated Biscuits
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Brown ground beef in a large oven safe skillet until no longer pink.
Drain excess grease.
In a small bowl, combine gravy mix with water (as specified on packetand stir until blended.
Add garlic, potatoes, peas and carrots to ground beef.
Pour gravy over mixture.
Stir and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until gravy thickens.
