Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 medium Onion diced
  • 1/2 medium green Pepper stem and seeds removed and diced
  • 3/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Microwave diced onions and peppers for 1 minute 30 seconds. Set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and drain.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Cook over medium low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve on toasted buns.
