Pineapple Sorbet

  • 1 Fresh Pineapple
  • 6 tbsp Sugar


  • Peel, core and cut pineapple in chunks.
  • Place in zippered bag and freeze for several hours.
  • Place in blender or food processor and add sugar.
  • Pulse until blended.
  • Serve.
