Strawberries & Cream Pie

This super easy Strawberries and Cream Pie will quickly become one of your favorite desserts. The pie starts with an amazing Nilla Wafer crust, a creamy, vanilla cream cheese layer followed by the most delicious strawberry layer. Deliciousness!

  • 1 Vanilla Wafer or Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 4 oz softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 1/2 box Strawberry Gelatin Mix
  • 1/3 cup Boiling Water
  • 2 Ice Cubes
  • 12 oz Whipped Topping divided
  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and chopped


  • In a large bowl combine cream cheese and pudding mix.
  • Beat until creamy and blended.
  • Fold in 4 oz whipped topping.
  • Beat until creamy and blended.
  • Spread mixture evenly in bottom of pie crust.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • In a large bowl combine gelatin mix and boiling water,
  • Whisk until dissolved.
  • Add ice cubes and whisk until dissolved.
  • Fold in strawberries.
  • Fold in 4 oz whipped topping until blended and color is consistent.
  • Spread mixture over cream cheese layer in crust and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Garnish with remaining whipped topping and strawberries (optional).
