  • 1 Pie Crust
  • 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
  • 16 oz Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Cold Caramel


  • Blind bake pie crust in 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, caramel and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold half of whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until blended.
  • Spread into cooled pie crust.
  • Top with remaining whipped cream.
  • Freeze for at least 1 hour and remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
  • Drizzle with extra caramel for garnish.
