Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients

  • per serving:
  • 4 spears Asparagus
  • 1 slice uncooked Bacon
  • 1/2 tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Trim cut end of each spear.
  • Arrange on baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and roll to coat.
  • Wrap each bundle of 4 in a slice of bacon.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until bacon is browned.
