Watermelon Key Lime Slushie

  • 3 cup Watermelon cut in cubes.
  • 6-8 Key Limes
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup Ice


  • Place watermelon in freezer for 1 hour.
  • Zest key limes and the cut and squeeze juice.
  • Add frozen watermelon to a blender.
  • Add sugar, lime juice and lime zest.
  • Pulse until blended. If it seems too thick add up to 1/2 cup water.
  • Add crushed ice and blend.
  • Transfer to glasses and garnich with key line slices.
