Cranberry Salsa Dip

If you are needing an awesome Thanksgiving or Christmas appetizer, this Cranberry Salsa Dip will be perfect. It is loaded with a bit of spice that gives great flavors. Serve this dip with some crackers. Quick and Easy!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Cranberries
  • juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1 handful fresh Cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Cumin
  • 8 oz softened Cream Cheese

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except cream cheese to food processor and pulse until chopped.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Spread cream cheese over bottom serving dish.
  • Top with salsa and serve with crackers.
