Fried Pickle and Ranch Dip

Fried Pickle and Ranch Dip is the perfect appetizer or party dip. This rich, creamy, and herby dip tastes just like fried pickles- so tasty! Great for game days, watch parties, or just as a delicious snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps Butter
  • 3/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Pickle Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coarse Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup diced Dill Pickles
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add breadcrumbs. Stir and continue cooking until bread crumbs are golden brown. Remove from heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, pickle juice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until blended and smooth.
  • Dry the pickles with a paper towel to remove excess moisture and dice.
  • Stir most of the diced dill pickles and chopped dill into the dip
  • Stir 2/3 of the toasted breadcrumbs into the dip.
  • Transfer to serving dish and garnish top with remaining bread crumbs, dill pickle and dill,
  • Serve with pita chips, veggies, or your favorite chips.

Notes

Be sure to let the cream cheese soften for at least one hour before making the dip.
Use even more Crispy Panko for additional crunch.
