Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil divided
  • 1 tsp Course Salt divided
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Grease baking sheet.
  • Trim end of brussel sprouts and cut in half.
  • Place on prepared pan, cut side up.
  • Season with half of salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Turn sprouts over.
  • Drizzle with remaining olive oil and season with remaining salt and pepper.
  • Cook 10-15 more minutes.
