Cranberry Brie Bites

Cranberry Brie Bites are an easy, bite-sized snack that's perfect for parties. These fruity, cheesy bites make for a great holiday appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 Puff Pastry Sheet
  • 4 oz Brie Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 Rosemary sprig

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Heavily grease mini muffin tin.
  • Spread a little flour out onto your counter.
  • Cut pastry sheet into 36 squares (about 1 3/4").
  • Place squares into muffin tin slots.
  • Top each with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  • Bake for 12 minutes.
  • Cut brie into small pieces and place on top of cranberry and top with a couple leaves of rosemary.
  • Bake another 2 minutes to melt brie.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Drop in a very small piece of your brie. If you add too much, they will not be as pretty.
