Creamy Pea Salad

This Creamy Pea Salad makes for a fantastic side dish for summer meals and BBQ's. It's not your basic pasta or potato salad that can sometimes get boring. Even the non-pea loving fans will love it!

Ingredients

  • 4 cup Frozen Peas thawed
  • 10 slices cooked Bacon
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Place peas in large bowl.
  • Cut bacon into bite size pieces. Add to bowl.
  • Dice red onion. Add to bowl.
  • Cut cheese into 1/4" cubes and add to bowl.
  • In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.
  • Add dressing to bowl and mix to coat.
