Pumpkin Granola Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/3 cup Pecans
  • 1/4 cup Almonds

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350.
  • Mix together the oats, maple syrup, pumpkin, oil, spice and salt.
  • Spread mixture out on a non-stick baking surface in a thin layer.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Break up the oats and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Add raisins and nuts and store in air tight container.
