If you like Jalapenos, you will love this Jalapeno Jack Burger with Picante Mayo Recipe. We are skipping Pizza Friday this week and enjoying some burgers instead. I have been craving some grilled burgers but this weather is not having it, ha ha! Yup another storm on it’s way this weekend. I just want some sunshine so I can get out on that patio and grill some burgers and dogs. For Christmas I grabbed this Lodge Pre-Seasoned Square Grill Pan for the hubby. We are loving this pan for cooking burgers (I actually think it is officially the new burger pan). It cooks the burgers so evenly and allows the grease to drain so well. Plus it makes those neat little lines like the restaurants flame broiled, ha ha! Yes, I am a geek and notice such things, lol.
Jalapeno Jack Burger with Picante Mayo
The hubby and I are HUGE fans of Jalapenos as I am sure I have mentioned when I shared our Bacon Jalapeno Cheeseball and our Jalapeno Poppers Recipe with you. Actually, most of our recipes include jalapenos. We decided this afternoon we were going to make some Jalapeno Jack Burgers with a yummy Picante Mayo to enjoy for an early dinner. We just finished taking these pictures and then decided we were going to sit down and enjoy these now. We have errands this evening and we both had not had lunch so, these burgers were finished in perfect timing. All I can say is OH MY! A burger filled with flavor. The jalapenos and the Picante Mayo were a perfect combination. The Jack Cheese was a wonderful compliment too! I am stuffed. Like every time I eat jalapenos, I am sure will be hurting later on. But this Jalapeno Jack Burger was heaven for me this afternoon.
Grab some ground beef or even ground turkey would be great and give this Jalapeno Burger Recipe a try. you are going to LOVE it. I topped mine with some red onions, lettuce and tomato…. delish!
