Instant Pot Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 cup Water
  • 1 lb Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 12 oz 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
  • 8 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Add water, macaroni, butter, paprika salt and pepper to Instant Pot.
  • Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Follow instructions to quick release pressure.
  • Remove lid.
  • Add evaporated milk and pepper jack cheee and stir until melted.
  • Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  • Serve.
