Ingredients

  • 1 lb box Rotini or your favorite pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 large Green Pepper chopped
  • 1 large Red Pepper chopped
  • 1/2 large Red Onion chopped
  • 10 oz Grape Tomatoes cut in half
  • 3.8 oz can sliced Black Olives drained
  • 5 oz Mini Pepperonis
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 8 oz Mozzarella chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato Vinaigrette or your favorite vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat.
