Ham Salad

This Ham Salad Recipe is a great use for your leftover Holiday ham. Perfect for making sandwiches or wraps.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup leftover Ham
  • 2 stalks Celery finely diced
  • 1/2 large Red Onion finely diced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/3 cup Sweet Relish
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut ham into pieces small enough to fit in food processor.
  • Pulse until it looks like crumbs.
  • Place ham, celery and onions in large bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, mustard and relish and stir until well blended.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
