Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 10 oz Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 12 oz frozen Corn
  • 8 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 24 oz frozen Tater Tots
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Saute onion and garlic until transparent.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Drain excess grease,
  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Add ketchup and worcestershire and mix well.
  • Add frozen corn and stir to mix. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer mixture to bottom of 9x13" baking dish.
  • Whisk together soup and milk until blended.
  • Pour soup over top of meat mixture in dish.
  • Arrange tater tots in an even layer over soup layer.
  • Evenly sprinkle cheddar cheese over tater tot layer.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes until cheese is melted and tots are browned and done.
