Easy Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 5 Tomatillos husked and rinsed
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup minced Onion
  • Juoce of 1/2 Lime
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Husk and rinse tomatillas.
  • Remove stem and seeds from jalapeno.
  • Place tomatillos, pepper and garlic in blender or food processor and process until pureed but still chunky.
  • Add onions, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
  • Mix well.
