Peaches and Cream Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 box White Cake Mix
  • 1 cup softened Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 21 oz can Peach Pie FIlling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Grease a 9x9" pan and set aside.
  • Mix together cake mix, 1 egg and butter until it forms a uniform crumbly mixture.
  • Set aside 1 cup of this mixture to use as a topping later.
  • Press the remaining crumb mixture into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 12 minutes.
  • Spread peaches on top of the baked crust
  • Cream together cream cheese, remaining egg, sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture over peaches.
  • Sprinkle the cup of crumbs set aside earlier over the top.
  • Bake for 30-34 minutes or until edges of top begin to lightly brown.
  • Allow to cool then refrigerate before serving.
