Watergate Salad
This Watergate Salad recipe or Pistachio Delight is super tasty and super simple to make. All that is needed is pistachio pudding, pineapple, marshmallows and some whipped topping.
Ingredients
- 1 4 ounce box Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
- 1 20 ounce can Crushed Pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallow
- 2 cup thawed Whipped Topping like Cool Whip
Instructions
- Combine pudding mix and pineapple with juice in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add marshmallows and mix until well blended.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Place in serving dishes and optionally top with whipped topping and garnish with chopped nuts.
