Spaghetti and Meatball Bowls

Looking to use that leftover spaghetti? Go ahead and make these delicious Spaghetti and Meatball bowls for an additional dinner or make them as a party food. So super simple to make.

Ingredients

  • Leftover Spaghetti and Meatballs about 1/4 lb spaghetti and 12 meatballs with sauce
  • 12 Dinner Rolls
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat spaghetti and meatballs until warm.

  2. Preheat oven to 350.

  3. Cut through the top of each dinner roll and remove.

  4. Remove additional bread to hollow a bowl shape in each.

  5. Melt butter and add garlic, oregano and basil and stir untill blended.

  6. Brush the inside of each bread bowl with butter mixture and place on baking sheet.

  7. Use remaining butter mixture to cover the bowls.

  8. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly toasted.

  9. Using a fork, twirl spaghetti and place in each bowl.

  10. Top each with additional sauce.

  11. Top each with a meatball and more sauce.

  12. Top each with a piece of mozzarella cheese.

  13. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
