No Churn Mango Swirl Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Medium Mango
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Peel and dice the mango.
  • Puree in food processor.
  • Add vanilla to Condensed Milk.
  • Whip heavy cream until peaks form.
  • Fold in condensed milk.
  • Pour 1/3 of ice cream mix in loaf pan.
  • Pour 1/2 of mango puree in loaf pan.
  • Pour 1/3 of ice cream mix in loaf pan.
  • Pour remainder of mango puree in loaf pan.
  • Pour remainder of ice cream mix in loaf pan.
  • Take a knife or spatula and run back and forth thru pan to swirl mixture.
  • Freeze for at least 3-5 hours.
