Well, I made this yummy Strawberry Crumb Bars Recipe yesterday and I think there is one piece left in the pan. I guess it was a hit in our household, ha ha! Strawberries and oatmeal is always a big hit with me and now with the kiddos too! I am hoping to enjoy that last bar with my late morning coffee. Strawberries are always my favorite fruit. These Strawberry Crumb Bars have a unique flavor. The oatmeal combined with the cake mix just takes these bars to a whole other level of yumminess (but yes they taste like a crumb bar). Call them breakfast, dessert, late night snack… all those descriptions fit these bars well.

Just 4 Ingredients, you gotta love this Strawberry Oatmeal Crumb Bar Recipe. Yup, another cake mix recipe (I told you I had a bunch stocked in my pantry, lol). I used Strawberry Pie filling but you could use any flavor or even use jam for your filling. I am looking forward to making this recipe with some blueberry filling too!

Ok, they are officially gone, lol. I had to have my late breakfast a bit early. This recipe was so simple and so few ingredients. Making a fresh batch will be quite simple.

I packaged a few of these Strawberry Crumb Bars in some parchment paper for the kids to eat on the way to school. A bit of sugar but hey there is oatmeal in them ha ha. Keep teens away from sweet breakfast items is a task sometimes so, if I can sneak in a few healthy items, I am a happy momma.
