Quick and Easy Meals Recipe: Turkey Club

Here is another great Quick and Easy Meals Recipe. Turkey Clubs can be a nice quick and easy meal when you are pressed for time. I had picked up some marked down turkey lunchmeat at Aldi and we had some of the bacon from the awesome Remke Bigg’s sale. I wanted another quick and easy meal and this one was spot on. Lots of meat and veggies to fill everyone up.

To make your meals more budget friendly watch for markdown meat like I did. It so happened Aldi had the premium turkey on markdown because they had ordered in too much stock. I grabbed the Turkey with an expire of next week for just $1.49 per package (we used 2 for our large family). During the Remke Biggs sale I stocked up on the bacon at $1 per package (we used 2 of these as well). I quite often purchase my produce at Aldi as the prices can not be beat.

Like I stated in the other Quick and Easy Meals Recipe Tuna Salad Pita found here and Hoagies at Home found here these are nothing fancy. I know sometimes when I am looking for ideas that sometimes I do not think of all the options.

Quick and Easy Meals Recipe

This Quick and Easy Meals Recipe is quite straight forward. You will need to toast your bread, heat your ready cooked bacon in the microwave for about 10 seconds. Then layer on the toppings and condiments of your choice. I tossed in some chips and pickle. You could consider a summer salad as a side too like macaroni or pasta salad.
