How about making up some quick and easy Oreo Truffles for Valentine’s Day! This was my first time making my own Oreo Truffles and all I can keep saying is OH My! I never realized how easy they were to make. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner we decided to decorate our Oreo Truffles with white chocolate and red chocolate drizzle. We even added some Valentine’s Day flare to a few of them. You can also just dust the tops of your Oreo Truffles with some Oreo Crumbs.
This was my first time using the Kroger Chocolate in the tray. I have had it in the pantry for quite some time. I am VERY impressed with the quality of the Kroger Chocolate (in the tray) and the ease of use. I just tossed the trash out when finished. No mess… you gotta love no mess. If you have never tried an Oreo Truffles, you are really missing out on some yumminess.

Place balls in freezer for 1 hour.
Melt white chocolate in microwave by heating for 30 seconds and then stirring and repeating until melted and smooth.
Dip each frozen ball in white chocolate and then return to wax paper.
You can decorate by dusting with cookie crumbs of by melting dark chocolate or colored chocolate and drizzling over truffles.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow chocolate to set.
You could make these Oreo Truffles for Valentine’s Day and place them in a mini gift box and give for a gift, that’s what I am planning to do. Everyone loves Oreos and these Oreo Truffles came out looking so delicate and tasty. So, a perfect gift!
Be sure to let me know if you should decide to make these Oreo Truffles for Valentine’s Day. I am going to lay off the coffee when making them for gifts so I can get my “love” iced on a bit better ha ha! The hearts look so cute and add just a special little touch to these truffles.
