Homemade Chocolate Pudding

This homemade chocolate pudding has me reminiscing the days when I was just a little pipsqueak. I can remember going for lunch with my grandparents at the K-Mart diner. I was always anxious to finish up so I could enjoy one of those tasty pudding desserts that were in the dessert cabinet. Back in those days, desserts were quite simple. Usually pies, cookies and puddings that were available.

Now when we head out to eat, the dessert options are sometimes as big as the regular food menu. I LOVE extravagant desserts don’t get me wrong but sometimes it can be so difficult to choose which yummy dessert to order, ha ha.

  1. Hello! Is there a way to make sure I am measuring cocoa powder and corn starch accurately? Are you supposed to scoop it with a spoon into a measuring cup? Or can you just stick the measuring cup in the box/container and scoop it out?
    Thanks,
    Kayla :)

  2. This looks delicious!!! I’ve been looking for a good pudding recipe. About how long would you recommend chilling it before serving, an hour or longer? And, how many servings will this make? Thanks for the super easy recipe!!! We will be trying it tonight!!
