This CopyCat Good Seasons Italian Mix Recipe is going to save us a bundle. This mix is great for dressing and for cooking. Growing up I always only had Italian Dressing on my salads. I recall my mother always purchasing Good Seasons Italian Mixes. The flavors were always perfect. YUM! I always have a bottle of Italian Dressing on hand made with the pricey Good Seasons Italian Mix Envelopes. So… my daughter became addicted too. I shared my CopyCat Hidden Valley Ranch Mix with you  the other day. Since I perfected that mix recipe, I thought it was time to make a CopyCat Good Season Italian Mix. BINGO! Time to save some more $$’s by making a copycat version at home.

I knew that making an Italian Mix at home would be quite simple. After a few different stabs at making the mix with oil and vinegar we got it right! I am going to make a nice Italian Flavored Chicken Dish this weekend so I can give it a try when cooking. But… the dressing came out perfect!

It’s amazing! So much more bang for your buck. I have substituted in two different recipes for the packet and it’s identical!

I’ve made this recipe by substituting Stevia in place of sugar. I make the salad dressing by following the lines on the Good Seasons cruet, which match the amounts asked for in the recipe, and make it with raw apple cider vinegar, MCT oil, and water. It’s a much healthier alternative to the original!
